Went into the store by chance to ask some info about a laptop freezing. The store manager was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, offered so much advice and couldn’t do enough for me. They have just found a new long term customer and my next PC purchase. Thank you for great customer service.. a rare thing these days.
Have used these guys multiple times and everytime they have fixed whatever issue I had. From my old PC to my newest build, they are always willing to help you. The price is so ridiculously cheap and affordable you’d be shooting yourself in the wallet to go elsewhere!
Didn’t sell the laptop I was after. But was happy to spend well over 20 minutes talking to me about things to look for when purchasing elsewhere as well as general advice. Absolute legend and I will be coming back for upgrades in the future!
