After 10 years of being a customer IM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM UMART AGAIN. This has been the most disappointing customer service experience I’ve ever had to deal with. A 3k laptop which had major faults was refused refund and sent to MSI and all I got back was a refurbished product. Had the entire mother board replaced and apparently it doesn’t count as a major fault. Not to mention 2 months of going back and forth with warranty team and the misleading warranty procedure.

Really happy with my purchase (Custom Built PC) if your on a budget and need a “Beast” of a machine – give Umart a go. Prices are great, website is clean and easy and the Build PC section is helpful (if you need) Build was immaculate.
