Any business would be lucky to have Brenton as their brand representative. Polite & friendly with an impressive demonstrated knowledge across a range of products from ear pods to e-readers to microwaves & blenders!
I entered the store & was greeted cheerily by a staff member immediately, who then ascertained what I was shopping for before then pairing me with Brenton. I realling appreciated NOT having to go on an endless hunt to be eg: 5th person in line, all waiting to be spoken to by an overworked & under-staffed sales assistant.

I ordered a phone that was in stock in Melbourne. I asked for express delivery. The tracking information showed a one-week hold up at Melbourne Airport. Why would a phone in stock in Melbourne and to be delivered in country Victoria be held up for a week at the airport? Answer: because JB-HFI does dropshipping on some items. It sells stock it does not have, then orders it and hence the one-week wait for it at the airport.
I had purchased a laptop online and unfortunately it arrived with a fault, there was an odd noise during operation. Alex was very helpful in replicating the fault and organising a replacement of a similar model (with a small price but this was reasonable as the product was newer)
