Unfortunately I won’t be back after my last experience approx 8 months ago. I was rudely spoken to and was made to feel like a nuisance when I had to chase up my job after the promised delivery time had lapsed. It’s a shame as I was a return customer. Whitcroft custom built my PC years ago and they were fantastic at that time.

Only writing this delayed review now as a close friend of mine mentioned just the other day they had a very similar experience with the same staff member. Have left 2 stars as opposed to 1 star as I wanted give them credit for being great when I initially had the PC built years back (around 2016 from memory) – they built the computer to a good standard and were helpful sourcing the parts I wanted.

My computer had finally stopped working all together, after one day of going loopy with baited breath I put the desk top unit into their workshop expecting the need for a new video card at least but after a clean and reboot no problems remain. It took the brain a bit of working out, but after a couple of restarts at home every thing settled down and is now fine. Altogether much cheaper and quicker than I had expected and very friendly service well done guys when the time is right I will get you to build me another computer bigger and better than this one, Thank you

I recently had an excellent experience with Whitcroft IT when I needed repairs for my laptop along with some additional software and hardware. The team was incredibly easy to deal with and very efficient. Their response time was fantastic–they got back to me quickly and always picked up the phone right away. The job was carried out thoroughly and my laptop is running smoothly again. I also found their prices to be very competitive.
