I have a Swan DVR CCTV system that had a Hard drive fault , contacted swan got the run around & was told that it could not be fixed under warrenty because i did not have a receipt of perchace as i bought it a couple of years ago and did not keep the receipt , It was going to cost me return postage & handling + the cost of repairing the one terrabite hard drive , pissed off I contacted the boys at peel computers where the guys replaced the one terrabite hardrive with a two terabite hardrive , commissiond the system & I was up and running again in a matter of day’s at a fraction of the cost.

Took almost 2 months to replace my laptop screen after he said it would take a few days. Called the store on 6 different occasions just to hear similar excuses time and time again. Definitely don’t recommend unless you are ready to hound them constantly for months to do a simple and quick job but give you the same excuse he gives every customer thats waiting for their computer to be fixed or worked on.

Feedback from Robert is absolutely bad. Handed the laptop in on Thursday (will be done in 1h) i collected my laptop on Sunday. Phoning non stop no feedback. Driving to the store everyday trying to get answers. Eventually got my laptop on Sunday afternoon after stopping again Sunday morning. And the bill went from $75 to $225 with a laptop a laptop thats not fixed.I will not recommend this company.
