I gave my laptop to the store worker approximately 3 weeks ago. He claimed he understood the problem and would get the parts within the week. He then stalled for several weeks saying parts were still being ordered and gave me a deadline. I then went into the store on this so called deadline to be welcomed with a laptop that still didn’t work and had absolutely no work done to it. The laptop was in pieces yet no work was done in 3 weeks. I then asked for the laptop to be returned and as he put the laptop together he asked me to return the receipt with the repair details. I didn’t return it as there was no need to do so and as it was proof to show he worked on the computer. I was then harassed and abused again and again to give the receipt to him. All I wanted to see was that the laptop was working yet before I could do this his wife krept behind me stealing all of my belongings from my back pocket in order to find the receipt. She then returned my belongings without the receipt after I confronted the two of them for violating my privacy he raised his hand and further abuse and harassment followed. The laptop is currently even worse to then when I handed it over to be repaired. Police are now investigating. Beware this shop is the worst I have ever been to and is strongly not recommended to go to as it border line criminal and corrupt.

If you know this man, truly that has been a Marrickville iconic human being he graduated from the university of Sydney in technology before most of us were born. He took my computer recently and change the power supply unit from 700 W to 1200 for an unbelievable $200. He also gave me the cool master brand for it. My computer runs a 50 inch monitor, gaming keyboard, mouse, RGB, lights, and mini other electronics ever since he changed the supply unit. My computer has been running, smooth, quiet and never had problems again. I’m glad you looked after it in under an hour because my PC is valued at 3000

DON’T TRUST THEM! Had a laptop screen replaced. Next day it came loose. Took it back and they blamed me, saying they fixed it, and it was my fault. They refused to do anything without the paper receipt, though I had a photo (enough by consumer law). Then they took the laptop into shop and refused to give it back. Finally they gave it back but had put old screen back on without connecting it. The guy running it was instantly angry and his wife was very rude. Dodgy. Dodgy. Dodgy. Deserves negative rating!
