My first visit.
Firstly: very busy working on a job.’ That’s a good sign.’

Secondly:Big Welcome , Smile & straight away…. “How can l help you?”
Answered each of my questions.

Thirdly: Didn’t have to pay until l collected the item -Original iPhone Battery.
Before leaving ,although past closing time, Sam still answered some further questions & all with a smile
Sam even allowed me ,time to get to know him a little better as a person ,which makes me feel good, as l know it showed Sam he maters a person, not just a specialist in a shop .

It was super fast and easy to get a replacement screen protector for my S24 Ultra and the kind girl here put it on for me as well!

My daughter at the time was a bit grumpy (overtired) but the lovely gentleman here spent his time talking and playing with her while I waited for my phone.
