Disappointed! Today we took our laptop to this store for a damaged screen replacement. After they installed the replacement screen for $495, we took the laptop home. After using the laptop for a couple of hours the glass from the screen (the store replaced) had come loose and there was light leaking at the hinge (see pictures). We promptly returned to the store to get a refund for the faulty screen they had installed. We were refused a refund and we were accused of damaging the screen ourselves.
(Update) The owner has thankfully rectified the issue, l am glad to say all the issues are resolved with the laptop. Thanks Micky.

Samsung A71 new screen was replaced in under an hour. And genuine screen at that. I left pleased and definitely satisfied. Price was very reasonable, workmanship was as new, staff are a pleasure also. Considering I’m difficult to please, they checked all the right boxes.
