Went in to get some guidance and help with a product selection as I wasn’t sure what I required. I explained what I had and asked what I would need to support the setup, i was met with nothing but sarcasm and wise-guy remarks from the customer service representative who seemed to enjoy making me feel a foot tall. This lasted for around 5 minutes before I walked out. Absolutely horrible service and I’ll be very hesitant about recommending Austin’s to any friends of mine. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Awesome place been going there since late 2016 to get anything in Tech. But not a lot of staff there compared to ple which is much better. In range and price and plenty of staff to help with out. But Austin still not to bad just not enough staff to help you out most of the time one person is serving you which is not good. But I still go there when I need to.
Had an issue with my laptop and took time to explain what led up to that point. They were friendly and super patient with the explanation! The guy answered my questions regarding what caused the issue too. Would definitely recommend 🙂
