I was hopeful about bringing my late father’s iPad here for a screen replacement due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews, however my experience was not so positive. Although the staff were very friendly and had the iPad fixed within ~1.5 hours, I did notice a couple of issues after I had paid and walked out to my car. Although only a minor detail, I noticed a lot of dried glue around the edges of the screen. I was mostly able to remove it but it’s still visible between the edges of the screen. I also found a significant amount of very visible dust and fibres stuck below the screen from when the old screen had previously lifted. This indicates to me that they did not attempt to clean it at all before installing the ‘new’ screen. Lastly, although the display beneath the screen already had some scratches on it due to the previous lifting which I knew would still remain, I did notice a significant amount of scratches on the ‘new’ screen which was installed on top, as though the screen was second hand? For $220 I would surely expect a brand new, unscratched screen to be installed. After noticing these issues my partner offered to take the iPad back to the store for me. He returned 5 minutes later saying the staff told him all the scratches were already there, there was nothing they would do and then turned him away. I’m very disappointed in the outcome of the service I paid for and would recommend future customers to be wary and check the quality of the service before paying and leaving.

Just had my iPhone back glass replaced and I am very happy with the results.
They are one of the few shops that can do it in-house so they were able to do it within a couple of hours instead of 2-3 days for other shops.
Unfortunately for me, some complications arose with some of my buttons but they were very forthcoming and explained the situation clearly.
I just had to drop if off again when the wiring parts arrived and everything is good again.
Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommended.

If i could give 10 stars i would ! My phone wasn’t turning on this morning and i took it to the apple store to hopefully be repaired. at the apple store we were asked to wait for 3 hours to be seen, without being guaranteed that they could help me. After 2 hours of walking around garden city i stubbled upon iworkshop and gave it a try, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly, informative and helpful !
