I recently had the misfortune to have my desktop PC unexpectedly and inconveniently malfunction. I decided to give ‘Jim the Computer Man’ the job to repair it. Jim was able to quickly locate a fault in the hard drive, replace the drive and restore my files. He had the computer back up and running in a few hours, and all for a very fair price. The computer has actually never performed better. Jim also installed the full windows 10 update as well as reinstalled and configured my antivirus software.
Jim also repaired a seriously noisy fan. Other repairers previously tasked with fixing it have in the past been unable to do so.
I highly recommend Jim the Computer Man as he prides himself on his service and skills. Jim leaves no stone unturned to ensure the customer goes away happy with the result.

After reading the great reviews, we decided to ask Jim to sort out two driver issues on our PC. He arranged to come the same day and arrived a few minutes before the set time. He even carried shoe covers so as not to bring dirt into the house!
He was personable, prompt, and knew exactly what he was doing. In under an hour, he not only fixed the driver issues but configured our displays in a way we wanted them to be – a way that no one else was able to figure out.

Jim is without a debt the ONLY person in the Manning and Hastings area to take your ailing computer to. In fact he is the best repair-man I have ever used over a 15 year period working with computers for my job every day.
He is just as adept with Macs as he is with P.C.’s. You don’t find that very often. I can’t recommend him enough. I would quite honestly be lost without him as we have seven computers here and he has repaired them all at some time. Thanks Jim.
