Dont get fooled by the fake comments, this store is beyond terrible service and the store manager would say anything to get you away even lie.
I dropped my earbuds for repair, got sent to the manufacturer and sent back within a week, they recieved in the store, lost it and told me i have to wait for 2 to 3 week, i waited they said after i have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. Incalled them and had massive arguments until one lady in the back of the store said it was sent 2nd of august and might be in the back of the store, an hour later i get a message they have found it!
They lied about the duration, lied about not receiving it, and continuously lied about sending a note to the manufacturer. I also lied about giving me a tracking number.
You really should educate the store manager on how to provide proper customer service.

I felt like I was begging for services at this store, Sunday so usually a packed day but I saw multiple people just standing around and chatting or fixing shelves while multiple customers were looking for help. I was in the Samsung watch section wanting to buy a watch all I wanted was for someone to come over and help me with the size differences and also prices and specials and I couldn’t find a single person who seemed interested in helping us. I had to go to the counter two times just to ask questions because no one the floor was present. What are the staff doing if they’re not there to help customers buy products or does the company not want to make money? Left and went to Altona where they were speedy with service and bought my watch there. Do better.
Smaller stores like this I’m assuming run on customer service but when 6 workers blank you and 1 says I’ll grab someone then just goes and hangs out at the front of the store don’t whinge when in the near future this store is closed and everyone is online shopping , YOU are the reason your out of work. Second bad experience at a smaller store guess I’m off to bigger stores where they can handle the work load not like these ones were obviously it’s the guys they don’t deem good enough to work at the better stores and they hide away at these stores
