Really terrible customer service on Boxing Day. One assistant didn’t seem very interested in helping select a blender (which is fine) but the next assistant was quite rude. She tried to answer our questions by reading off the box (also ok) but had trouble identifying what was in stock. When we figured out that the one we were after was not in stock, we asked if the next model up could be reduced in price at all and she just abruptly said “no” and walked away. I said “well that was a firm no” to my mother who we were shopping for and the girl called over her shoulder “because I’m sick of people asking” and walked off. We ended up going to the good guys in Albury, asked the same question and had $9 knocked off the same model and had a great interaction over there. Unlikely to ever step inside this Bing Lee again. Not reflective of the service we normally get at other stores.

Customer service was very good on purchasing our new washing machine but it would be remiss of me not to mention that the delivery and installation of the washing machine was next to none, the 2 gentlemen that did this were both, polite and extremely professional, they made sure everything was as it should be prior to leaving, very happy with the service provided.

Here we are 12 months on 2023 and had a small issue with my remote control for the tv I bought. Young fella Ryliegh was the most helpful chap I have ever had to deal with, just above and beyond, in my management days he was the kind of employee I would look out for.
Solved my resolution, keep it up young fella.
