I was impressed by EXACT taking control of my computer so I could watch what was going on so I understood the problem better. I was given the opportunity of helping which I enjoyed. I have since worked out to use the up and down arrows at the bottom of the screen to view the small icons at the bottom. Perhaps you could advise me why it is better to single click the small Thunderbird icon at the bottom rather than double click the large icon at the top of the screen to access my emails. I was happy to pay the invoice immediately as the problem took some time to resolve. I am really happy that you serviced my computer as I have received excellent service. Thanks and well dunn guys. OUTSTANDING
Yesterday my phone was hacked, they took over my phone, I had no control over it, they said they were from PayPal and they were extremely convincing, they wanted me to transfer money onto a Woolworths card, that’s when I tried to end the call but couldn’t, I have also had to have my bank accounts frozen (this is a very short explanation of what happened)
I took my phone to EXACT COMPUTERS, for help, and they did just that, extremely helpful, courteous, professional, and quickly helped me out of “a pickle” So thank you very much, to Exact Computers and especially Ryan

Exemplary and professional, knowledgeable service provided by Exact Computers. It’s a worrying time when we have computer issues and mine needed to have all documents transferred over to a new laptop and the new laptop setup entirely from scratch with all my 25k+ files setup as I had them on the original laptop.
