Absolutely appalling service. After having my iMac looked at and being told it was fixed, it took 30 minutes of use to realise it was not fixed. After taking it back, I made contact multiple times each time being told i would be called back but never was. The customer service person told me in her words, she did not have time to give her full attention to one customer hence why i was not called back. She constantly interrupted me and hung up whilst i was talking.
The issue was not fixed and i was treated extremely poorly.
Unbelievably disgusted with how this business operates

I contacted Cheryl, their receptionist who was very friendly, and she suggested that Mark would be available to update my computer and tidy up all my files. He did this for me and then came to our house to tell me what he had done and how to access everything. I can not speak more highly of the service I received from ASHLIN TECHNOLOGY and I will be using them again when the need arises. I give them 5 *****

Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, they explained to me what was wrong in terms I could understand, and took the time to answer every question I had, very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend them if you have any computer issues, don’t waste your time trying to fix it yourself
