I’ve bought some CD’s from JB Hi-Fi. They have a reasonable range covering various genres. The store itself carries a huge range of products, catering for all electronics and appliances. Unfortunately, the staff at Wollongong’s store left a little to be desired. An off duty manager took some time to discuss store related issues with two on duty staff, while the serving counter person had an extended conversation with a pair of customers. Kept me waiting way longer than acceptable and had no problem with the customer continuing to wait. Poor service at best. Read your customers and attend to their needs, not yours.

We recently bought a Google Pixel 8 Pro from the store and a big big thanks to @Stewart the store manager, because there was a misunderstanding about a black Friday offer. He went out of his way to help us redeem an offer that had just expired when we were making the deal but we already had bought the gift card for it.
The customer service always stands out and encourages us to stay loyal with a certain brand.

I’ve been to JB HiFi at Wollongong 3 times now to look at buying a laptop. Never get served. Today after 5mins asked someone if they were in the laptop area. He responded yes but was with a customer so would get someone. Another 5mins of waiting before decided to leave for last time. Unfortunately I have JB gift cards that I’ll give away at Christmas I guess.
