Back in January, I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus for my son’s birthday and on the day, I took him to the apple store at Castle Towers.
To make it a special surprise, I asked the floor assistant if they could hand the phone to my son and wish him a happy birthday. The team went above and beyond to create a truly memorable moment. They arranged for a staff member to present the phone to my son, and the rest of the team clapped and cheered for him. It was a heartwarming experience that my son will never forget.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Castle Hill. I went in for a simple battery replacement, but the visit quickly turned sour when they damaged my screen while opening the phone. To add insult to injury, they informed me that they couldn’t replace the screen under their service because it was a third-party screen. Now, I’m faced with the double expense of replacing both the battery and the screen, with the total cost soaring over $700. This experience has left me both sad and deeply disappointed in the service provided.

Horrible “store manager”. We bought an iPhone with a trade in offer. The sales person convinced us that we could come back to return the old phone and we could take the new phone the same day. When we came back to return, they said the trade in price has changed. The sales person explicitly said that we would get the full trade in price (185$) returned to us if we bring back the phone in 2 weeks.
Absolutely cheap strategy. When you explain this to the genius person, they bring in a pretend manager to quote the policy.
