I recently had an enlightening experience at the Apple Store that I feel compelled to share. Upon encountering a charging issue with my premium watch, which I’ve cherished for a remarkable eight years, I visited the store seeking assistance. To my initial dismay, I was informed that my model was considered obsolete, and repairs were not conducted on-site. However, upon requesting to speak with the store manager, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and expertise provided.

The manager astutely referenced consumer law, suggesting that products are typically expected to last around two years. Politely challenging this notion, I posed a simple question about the inception of the first Apple phone. While initially stating 2010, I gently corrected him, pointing out that it was indeed 2008. This subtle exchange led to a fascinating conversation about the availability of parts and the enduring quality of Apple products.

In the end, I left the store not only with a resolution to my charging issue but also with a newfound appreciation for the principles of consumer law and the commitment to customer satisfaction exhibited by the Apple team. It’s experiences like these that reaffirm my loyalty to the brand and instill confidence in the products I invest in.

Never buying a thing from apple again

My experience at the Apple Store was very disappointing & frustrating.I had an appointment & still waited for 1/2 hour for someone to see me. The 1st person I saw was very nice then I had to see another person who had zero care factor. He told me to follow the prompts. He later came over & looked at my Apple Watch & said “all’s good to go”. I got out of the store & discovered the problem with my watch was not resolved. I had waisted an hr at the Apple Store & nothing gained. The care factor was zero.

Very poor customer service from MATT. I booked-in for my apple pencil connectivity issue. They tried connecting to couple of iPad’s and asked me to go for replacement with out proper explanation why it is not pairing. He was a manager and mentioned they don’t have enough training from APPLE to explain customer what was the issue. And this guy is judging my behaviour about asking the explanation from them. MATT is unfit to be a manager. Please remove him from that position.
