Hi, I visited at high point Apple Store I had really bad customer service experience with one of member of this branch. He was very rude I had issue with my camera since the day I purchased my phone and I visited there more than 3 times And I did not satisfied with the camera quality he just describe me I don’t know the camera setting I did everything I compare my IPhone 14 Pro Max camera setting with one of my friend IPhone 14 pro max camera setting same phone same setting but different quality he did not listen me my problem of camera he just explain himself with his idea I also worked as customer service since 5 years first thing I learnt from my work experience is to listen customer queries then only we have to respond to their question but here, he is only one who is explaining he recommends for learning setting of camera very very disappointed please it’s my humble request please hire any team member with politeness and calmness I give 1 star only because of that kind of person at customer service. I went into the Apple Store to get a chip in my MacBook Pro laptop screen repaired. I walked in prepared to pay a big sum of money for a silly mistake I made. Thankfully I was served by a kind and considerate young man, whose name begins with an A, I’ll keep him nameless for anonymity purposes. He said he will see what he can do and proceeded to speak with his manager and explained my situation. To my surprise he returned minutes later and said they’ll repair my screen completely free of charge! This was some of the most selfless and excellent examples of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend the gentleman that served me to all of my friends. He is the perfect example kindness and exceptional customer services, that doesn’t go unnoticed i assure you. Great experience 10/10.

They probably shouldn’t judge where customers get the item from which retailers because it doesn’t make sense. My Beats earphone was verified as an authentic product, but faulty after a compulsory firmware update in just one day I receive the item. I book an appointment the next day at Genius Bar at Highpoint, they refuse to replace, but said can repair (as it’s authentic) which can take a few days.
They used to be able to replace faulty items. And I got it in just one day with invoice evidence.
What a nice Genius Bar service.
