After running pillar to post dealing with annoying Officeworks and inept Apple tech support, for a new MacBook (yes, that’s true!), we reached out to Apptech. Andrew understood the issue and immediately put us to comfort by getting on phone with Officeworks. He even expedited the repair (yes, new laptop required repair. We’re not dealing with Officeworks again for electronics) and got everything sorted within warranty.
