Tuesday 3rd September I visited the store to buy s printer, printer ink and an internet radio. There were 3 assistants, 2 sitting at their desks, one at the pay counter. No one asked if he/she could help. One was watching the television the other reading. I approached the woman, she pointed out the direction to the printers and sat down again. I approached her again to enquire about internet radios, she went to the radio area, couldn’t determine if there was what I wanted, told me to ask at the pay station. Without lifting his head from the pay computer said there were no internet radios. I am aged 93 and walk with the aid of a stick. Where are the very helpful assistants that have given very good help in recent years?

Second time now that we have bought either an appliance or now a JBL speaker. BOTH times the delivery has been over an hour and a half after the end of the time they texted on the day (with a 3 hour range mind you), and then when we were not home (it arrived at 6:30pm on a saturday night) the delivery driver not only walked INTO my neighbours house through a closed screen door, but also ended up taking the speaker back with him and telling me over the phone i need to organise a redelivery. I asked how and got a “i dont know, call the shop” before he hung up on me. What a joke of customer service, let alone just general delivery etiquette.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shop at JB…

We purchased 2 Samsung TV’s and a microwave oven and were very happy with the very competitive pricing. Charlie and his team were great, very knowledgeable. We arranged for delivery and were very impressed with the messages and real time tracking maps sent to us keeping us up to date with the latest delivery times, very slick! The delivery guys couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall a very positive experience. Richard
