Dodgy (in one word!). Seemed OK to begin with and seemed to do a reasonable job of a repair on my computer. But completely ghosted me and would not respond to any communications when I raised a problem with his repairs. I found out he used cheap non-genuine parts that did not function as the original computer did. I would recommend caution if you are considering using Yong’s services. I have made a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and am now waiting for a result from their investigations.

What a self serving response to my comments – “did his best” and “don’t
know what you mean” – what a joke! Yong would not even answer my texts or phone calls or emails when I had problems with his repairs. I would not like to experience his worst!

As expected from this very bad business man, my $450 touch screen that he installed has stopped working, meaning I now have to pay someone else ANOTHER $450 to fix it properly because this man is very unprofessional and does not do very good work. Save you money and go to a professional!

After attempting contact on numerous occasions I have been ghosted by him!

I had my computer fixed by Yong this weekend. He had found the problem in super quick time – a faulty power supply, diagnosed it, cleaned fixed my pc in less than a day and checked all my software .. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for value for money, great service ,attention to detail, prompt service and cares about his customers.
