Mislead from the drop off. Called after no response in the time frame that they had given. Was told they took the iPad to Roger’s and would be fixed the next day. 2 days later called again and was told the one guy who does repairs was out of town and they would bring my non fixed device back on the following Monday. Following Tuesday rolls around and an told the one guy is still out of town but they can have it fixed by Thursday or would finally bring back the still broken device back on Wednesday and call me when it was there. Surprise no call just like the last 2 times they were suppose to call. Finally after 2 weeks I just picked up my still broken device. The owner is rude as can be on the phone and just tries taking over you and continued his next day chant. Watch and see what smart response he has. I wish I would have trusted the bad reviews this place had. First time I have felt strongly enough to review anyplace or thing. One solid I’m sorry would have saved this response.

Price I found to be astronomical considering that 3 days later while driving I pull my phone out of pocket and it’s cracked unbelievable for 200 dollars you would want somebody to buy repeatable parts legit tampered glass not a 20 dollar piece of glass I asked for a phone call to tell them that the parts they ordered could have defective not even blaming them at the time the manufacturer is who I was after all though I do truly wish them the worst in business because aspect as I have sent 3 customers a reference discount something no nothing but a 200 dollar 3 day later cracked screen

We have had several of our phones replaced here and the guy is always done with them in a timely manner. He is super friendly and is great at what he does. I would recommend this place to anyone who is needing their phone, tablet or computer fixed. Very reasonable pricing as well. Never had an issue as a repeat customer. Hope you give this place a chance too!! 🙂
