Not until an electronic repair is required do I think of Carlo, many repairs I have had done by Carlo, and possibility of eventual breakdown into the future (having ancient hardware), Carlo has been proactive in getting me the required parts before they expire just in case. I have promised him to bring him more ancient hardware to be examined and fix, of which I have just managed to unearth out of storage. Yes the service was good. Prompt, knowledgeable, punctual. He fixed my Samsung TV to my satisfaction. Whilst onsite I asked for another minor change to the same TV. I actually timed the length of time it took. – it was 150 seconds. 2 minutes 30 seconds. I was charged an extra $50. Well – that’s sort of fair. Is it? I often provide extra for my clients and don’t charge an extra dollar. More fool me hey? Sorry Carlos. I probably won’t be back.
