I found this company on google and was dubious about a decent Apple Service Agent in Toowoomba of all place. I was WRONG. eStorm (Dennis) took the time to explain to me what he needed to do (I had to turn some things off on apple id – which he also explained really well for me). He worked to repair the issue which was a broken fingerprint sensor – I was told by others it was unfixable – and had my phone back to me inside 24hours with full Apple Warranty still in place. WOW – Just WOW. I highly recommend these Certified Apple Agents. They know what they are doing.

I was recommended this store from apple. My iPad would not let me log in. I visited the store and Emma took the iPad and told to call back in an hour. When I arrived back she had it going again then Denice helped me to set it up again without charge. And the price to get it going was very affordable. Very impressive.
