When it comes to buying or building a pc, the stress of “What if it goes wrong” can be traumatizing. Especially when there are just way too many PC stores and many component brands.

However, if i were to simplify my experience with Evatech, it would be phenomenal.

As a foreigner, and living 4000km away from their address, I contacted them with next to zero knowledge about how i would even place an order, get it delivered, making sure the pc will function nicely.

Yet, Evatech welcomed me with the best first impression ever with their awesome costumer service team, shout out to Ryan for all of his sincere replies to my inquiries.

Followed by a day by day notification system about the building progress and the professional and throughoutly PC testing process.

And topped it with a superb quality of packaging.

For the first time ever i have experienced such high quality services.

Folks, if any time you are in doubt or have trouble getting a PC, i hope this review will give the assurance you need that with Evatech, you are in good hands.

Absolutely excellent service. Very fast delivery and high quality build. I bought a pre-build that has steam vouchers and got an absolute bargain. Much cheaper than building myself. I contacted the support team for an unrelated question and they were extremely responsive and helpful (replied on a Sunday). The postage was fast and the packing was excellent, there was no damage whatsoever. I’ve tested the system with different games and programs and it runs perfectly. I would not hesitate to get another PC from Evatech and have been recommending them.

Purchased two gaming PC units before the EOFY, one for myself and my son. Arrived safely and well packed, set up was a breeze and in the few weeks since we’ve had no issues, bugs or any problems. We’re very pleased with our purchase, price was good and all up it took maybe two weeks to build and deliver. Haven’t had to contact Customer Service yet so can’t offer any opinions on how well they might handle that – but I’d rather not to have to contact them for any problems at all! So no problems = good service in my opinion.
