Upfront, Honest and helpful: often hard to find but i experienced all of these this morning when i went in with my Daughters IPAD air 4 she uses for school, to get a cracked screen fixed. They could have just told me that the screen needed replacing costing $300 and i would have done it, but instead they explained that for air 4’s the glass can’t be replaced on it’s own as it is part of the screen and at the moment my screen is fine except for the cracks. So instead they recommended a $30 tough screen protector to protect my daughter from getting cut or scratched until a point when the glass gets to a point it needs to be changed. Great advice, great service and i have no hesitation recommending that everyone should support this local Pakenham business if they need any phone, tablet or computer repairs or cases.

Went to him for help with my old gaming PC. Gaming card was not working and windows was slightly corrupted. He fixed the gaming card, said it was a driver issue. Such a relief! And fixed my windows problem.

Only issue was that when I tried dropping off my computer the first two times he wasn’t there. So I made sure to text him to organise a suitable time to drop off.

Helpful and friendly. Seems to know his stuff. Happy with the price.

They fixed up my Samsung phone screen so quickly with an original screen. Han even gave me a 1 year warranty for the screen! It’s much more affordable than most places I’ve been to and with great customer service!
