Very good experience. Good customer service. I cracked my iPhone back screen. Enquired for prices from multiple businesses. GR was the best priced and the quickest turn around to get my phone back. I got it back within a day. I was very pleased with the product.

Only downside was the price of a screen protector. It was a bit pricey.

Overall I am very pleased with GR’s services and would recommend it to people who have checked their screens.

I really wanted to give GR Phones five stars for their excellent customer service and professionalism. However I was disappointed by the quality and workmanship. I got my Samsung S20 Plus battery replaced. Within a week I noticed glue oozing out the sides, a crack on the inside of the camera lens and back cover wasn’t flush.

Please be careful and ensure you have a very detailed look once you pick up your phone.

I had to get my iPhone battery replaced and GR phones Norwood were able to do the job for $20/$30 cheaper than the other competitors in the area. Sachin helped me book it in and was both informative and prompt in his service. Would highly recommend to anybody in need of battery replacement or other repairs. He was able to replace it in 15 minutes. 10/10 all around!
