The worst place to repair your phone. The man who helped us the first time was super friendly and told us that it could be fixed. When we went to pick it up the lady that was there with was very rude. They changed the screen on the phone and left a hole in the screen, they didn’t even warn that it would be like this or that they couldn’t fix that. I took my phone and the sound and vibration were disconnected so I had to go back and it took them 2 days to put the sound back on, which was their mistake. Terrible service and they don’t do things well. Since I had the phone fixed with them, the cell phone has been failing, it was misconfigured and the battery does not work well, I don’t know what they did to it but don’t waste your money
GR Phones was able to replace my iphone SE battery. I have had multiple iphones repaired through them. The staff returned my phones promptly after servicing. On a separate transaction, I bought a refurbished iphone 8 from them that still works perfectly up to now.
Second time I’ve brought my wife’s tablet (2 different faults) which they repaired promptly and inexpensively. A $50 deposit for checking is refundable if you go ahead with repair. Helpful, courteous service with adequate parking at the back
