So pleased I.T. Discovery was recommended to me My laptop died for a second time. The first time an I.T. guy in Mackay ‘apparently’ fixed it but a few days later it would not start again so I had Courtney look at it. He did a really great job & I’m so grateful!. We are retired & stopped in Maryborough & one of the best things there was going to I.T. Discovery. Courtney is a really nice guy, he is professional, easy to talk to & easy to understand, Courtney is extremely knowledgable, thorough & for us he is a godsend! Reasonably priced with awesome customer service who takes being prompt seriously….how good is that! We would definitely recommend I.T. In about 2006 onwards, I used IT Discovery for all my technology and computing needs in my business. The solutions and service that they provided gave us the leading edge. Since the GFC, I have been semi-retired. Today, I had an emotionally stressful moment where I thought that I had lost all my photos on my computer. Absolutely Excellent Service. Had a computer crash and many other computer services couldn’t get anything off the internal hard drive. Not so with Courtney, he gave it a crack and got all what we needed back. Saved a Marriage as all the Wedding Photos were on it. He is polite, conscientious and always there to help in a timely manner. We have had other issues in the past with other computers and again only Courtney could save the day.
