Never have I ever experienced a level of service that is delivered by IT WIFI – they must be a one of a kind in the IT industry – the phone was answered instantly by a person in Melbourne – she was so helpful & friendly and had me connected to a tech person within 2 hours. Wael (who was also based in Melbourne) was incredible – he worked diligently over a period of 7 days helping me to get my outlook back up and running – and it was a NIGHTMARE – his ability to build trust was almost instant….you know how you just know?
I cannot recommend IT Wifi highly enough – I will never go anywhere else ever again and will be recommending everyone to use their service – in this day and age when tech issues hit you want an instant solution – you dont want to be without your computer for days on end – you still need to work – using IT Wifi means that they can work on the issues remotely while you still conduct your business – which is exactly what happened in this instance – thank you to everyone = MASSIVE thanks to Wael – I dont know where I would be without your superior assistance

I was recently experiencing difficulty with my computer while working on a very important project. After trying to resolve the issue myself I visited IT WIFI Ferntree Gully.

From the moment I approached Melissa at IT WIFI and explained my difficulties, Danny took over, listened to my explanation, then quickly determined the cause of my problem, he then worked at resolving the issue.

I certainly appreciated that all staff listened, and allowed me time, to explain the problems in my non technical way.

This is the second time I have needed their assistance, and have been very satisfied with all aspects of their service delivery. I would have no hestitaton in dealing with IT WIFI in the future.
