Exceptional customer service and professional advise. Case scenario: I identified that grinder on my automatic coffee machine stopped working and the only way to fix it is to get to the professional to replace. After chatting over the phone I was presented with all options and based on my case I was suggested not to invest money in the repair but to get another coffee machine. That advise is perfect but I was impressed that the person actually gave right advise even where it affects his business. For me it’s the top level of professionalism and customer service level, which is extremely rare on AU market. I know that if anyone of my friend will run into the issue I will recommend this business.
Leigh was excellent, I took my Vitamix to him expecting to leave it for him to assess. I could see he was very busy when I walked Into his shop but he made the time to discuss it with me and offered to replace a couple of parts while I waited as it would be quite quick to do and luckily he had the parts in stock. It was all done in 15 minutes and the Vitamix is now working perfectly. My wife & I use the appliance every day so I’m very appreciative and highly recommend this business for honest reliable and affordable service.
