I phoned to check that a programmable digital timer was in stock and received great help from the staff, as they checked shelves to ensure it was there. When I arrived 20 mins later to buy the item, I was given help the moment I walked in store and the item I had asked about was on the counter waiting for me.

Jaycar has a long reputation as a great store filled with a wonderful range of so many items electronics related and so much more. They’re also staffed by helpful, knowledgeable people. The Kew East store is easily accessed and has plenty of parking nearby.

Stock pretty good range of electronics products at competitive prices. The customer service (and backwards system, process and policy) doesn’t do themselves any favours. Took more than 30mins to try and return an unused and unopened product. And was quoted change of my policy, system restrictions, come back during the week…. It was exhausting! Was given partial refund with a promise call from manager so will see!

Lots of friendly staff who helped me with my list of stuff. I was in and out in good time. Very good. They now offer click and collect which is also fantastic. They had everything I needed with everything in stock. Parking is mainly in the street which is usually ok.
