I am a frequent customer at JB Hifi and I think the staff are great and there’s a wide range of audio to buy there’s even records.. I also love how they sell other products it’s not easy keeping up with all the latest stuff so they do such a great job not to mention that The prices are reasonable and that if there’s any problems with your purchase and you have a recipt they’ll deal with it and match prices I can’t say many stores do this so thanks JB Hifi for providing such great care to your customers and for accommodating for Everyone
After paying for my popular monster cd 6 weeks before it’s release and being told I would be able to pick it up on the 16th of August and they still do not have it and they have the rudest staff that I have ever met , I won’t be paying for anything in advance again and next time I’m in there I will be getting the woman’s name that is so rude and making a complaint about her
