Bought a clearance floor model Samsung OLED TV, for $1,815 from a great young sales person and got it home same day.
Assembling TV I found a panel at the back of unit was missing as was an instruction manual.
Went in today (a day later from purchase date), to recover the missing panel and instruction manual and was served by an older grey haired gent (possibly manager), who told me that “these things happen when buying floor stock”, and basically I had to wear it.
I replied that I wasn’t informed that this might occur when purchasing TV, to which he said “well if you’re not happy return it!”, with full turned up lip expression of ‘like it or lump it’ on his face.
With card board boxing already dismantled into smaller pieces and disposed of in recycling bin, this wasn’t going to happen, I knew it and so it seemed did he.
This person has given me the worst impolite customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. A poor representation on behalf of JB stores and Samsung. I’ll never and will discourage anyone looking to buy electrical goods from using this store, including you the reader of this review.

My partner and I just recently purchased a LG top loader washing machine. The lady who served us was very professional and helpful.

The 2 men that delivered our washing machine today were able to collect our old washing machine, however didn’t help to connect the new machine and told us it wont fit and were in a hurry to leave. The hose was too small and wouldn’t reach the tap and the delivery men wouldn’t bring back our old hose.

I called the store and spoke to a lovely manager named James who was very kind and was able to give us a full refund for the delivery fee and we were able to get an extender hose.

Machine works great!!!!!

Well done to the staff at JB Essendon fields. Just witnessed a customer having a medical episode, staff response was swift, calm and respectful. Whilst the customer was being attended to, two other staff came forward with a blanket to shield the customer from prying eyes. I received great customer service and applaud the genuine nature and decency of the staff here. Again, well done.
