luke the salesman working midday 27th of june doesn’t know what he’s doing & completely wasted my time. sent me out of the shop after i had tried to purchase a new laptop to buy it via link. to then have to come back in for another hour to sort it out because it didn’t work twice. then instead of sorting out my issue. he ran away to go help someone else because it must’ve been too hard for him to process what was happening to me. then told me to try this other link and try to pay in store. he didn’t wait and help me to make sure the order was complete. once again he has walked off. so incompetent!! train your staff properly hi-fi !! get better systems !! why am i getting a link sent to my phone to place an order when i’m in store ?!?! place my order for me! DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE. NORTH LAKES IS ONLY 15 mins AWAY XO please don’t go here if you’re looking for any assistance

Happened to be in area on Sunday and I will come here in future rather than my local store just for service I received. A young lad with an irish accent I think his name was Shane served me and he couldn’t have done more or explained warranty more clearly. Delighted that good ole customer service actually still exists unfortunately rare nowadays. I never normally write reviews or if I do it’s for bad service but this lad made me feel valued so deserved acknowledgement Thanks jb for having a worker that was a pleasure to deal with

What a great team and so helpful. I had a computer monitor repaired under warranty and the repearer lost the power cord. John the store manager went above and beyond to fix the problem even thou the repearer lost it, I was more than happy with the end result the John offered, And not to metion Kane at the service desk, What a fantastic person to deal with always happy and pleasant to talk to. Keep up the great service I definitely recommend JB hi-fi Morayfield.
