Very bad shopping experience, I placed a SONY 75″ TV order online and choose click and collect from the Hornsby store, received the pickup confirmation on the same day, I was on the way to pick up the TV and got a call from jb hifi, telling me that there is no way to pick up the TV today, because they found the TV in the warehouse were all faulty units that were going to be returned to Sony, and there was no other store in Sydney has stock. I could only choose to wait for them to transfer the TV from the Sydney distribution centre. A few days later, JB called up inform me that the my TV had arrived, and asked me what type of car will be used to pick up, during the whole conversation they didn’t mention at all the TV must placed upright, my van is big enough but I need to make room, if I know in advance that the TV can easily fit in my van. The next day I went to pick up the TV and was told that if the TV was not placed upright during the transport, the warranty would be void. Since I didn’t prepare in advance, there was not enough space in the car, so I had to pay for the delivery and was charged $75 delivery fee, after paying I found that the standard delivery fee online is $59 (next day delivery ), so I went back and asked why am I being overcharged. Was told that the overcharged $16 was for same day delivery, the standard $59 Delivery may take a week (in fact next day delivery), and the payment has already been processed they can’t do anything about it, very unhappy , no same day pickup as advertised, lack of communication, overcharged delivery fee. Really disappointed won’t visit again

update:
In the afternoon, I was waiting for the delivery at home. I went out to get something from car a Toll driver knocking on the neighbour’s door with my Sony TV next to him. It turn out they wrote my address wrong. I specially mentioned to them my street number is 2A not 2, do not miss the A, and they still screwed up, fortunately I went out and saw the delivery guy, everything is so unprofessional.

Update
An even more disgusting thing happened. I opened the package at night and found that all the accessories were loose in the box. Some accessories were missing and there were no manuals. The battery was already installed in the remote control. no protective film anywhere on TV. After I turned on the TV and found that someone else’s account had logged in on the TV. I believe I received used TV. I’m desperate

I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the girl behind the counter who cannot think outside the box. I purchased over $500 worth of goods and paid for it. The young girl behind the counter processed my payment then placed the items on the counter. When I asked for a bag she said it was 50 cents.
Why was I not told this before paying for the items as it could have been added to the price before I paid. Also in this day and age when people are paying by card and don’t keep cash I’m not going to use my card for 50 cents.
Instead of using the tiring line of it being your company policy to charge for bags think about customer service and wanting your customers to come back!
Perhaps customer service training should be provided. Absolutely disgusting to treat a customer like this for 50 cents!

Purchased a sale item and was charged full price. Even tho it has a green sticker on the front of the item. Noticed the mistake after my banking app alerted me of how much I just paid in the store and went back for a refund and was told the money won’t refund for 3 – 5 business days.
Got stuffed around when I purchased a tv here too. Was suppose to be delivered and never came. Had to stuff around and call this store and that store and wait another week for my tv to come.
Dealing with idiots isn’t worth my money or my time. Will go anywhere else from now on.
