Unfortunately I need to edit my review. King IT replaced my screen of my iPhone twice. I felt good and the costumer support seems to be good as well. My decision between an original or aftermarket screen was easy because of an advice, I got by one of the employees. His argument was: the original screen wouldn’t brake that quick like the aftermarket screen and I will lose Face-ID if I don’t take the original one. Thank you for the advice, so I took two times the original screen and payed 200A$ instead of 150A$ (aftermarket). Both screens of King IT, cracked very very easily on a way, which I have never seen of an iPhone screen before… I already cracked many apple screens in my life. Black and colorful bars across the screen. The glas itself didn’t brake. (look at the picture)
Now I figured out, that the screen I had in my Phone wasn’t an original screen. Two different stores (also apple itself) told me, that I’m using an aftermarket screen.
The receipt I got just said, that I payed money. What they did, or which screen they had build in is not included.
Why I haven’t checked the receipt? I trusted the store!
So in fact: they are selling aftermarket screens as original screens and charge 50$ extra for that.
Also they use fake-argument like the Face-ID, to sell the same screen more expensive. (Face-ID is also working with an aftermarket screen!!!)
Now I found other cheaper offers of 140$ or below to replace an aftermarket screen.

Very disappointing of an store like King IT, to scam backpackers.
I haven’t been in yet but king IT are professional compared to any other phone shop in Cairns. I need a passcode pattern removed and rear glass replaced on a phone iv had for years. Iv been looked at like a theif from 5 phone shops now for forgetting a pattern code from 5 years ago. Straight away I know I’m at the right place. If you want someone who knows what they are doing then look for IT specialists not phone repair guys. There is no nationally recognised qualifications to fix a phone. Just a teenager and the magnifying glass out.
The IT specialists have done 4-6 years at uni and know how to apply their skills to multiple different applications not just a phone
They don’t cut corners and now my 6 year old phone should be up and running again with everything checked too possibly costing more than the value, but I don’t care. It’s a special phone that’s been in deep hibernation

A brilliant I.T shop for any of your technology needs and accessories. King I.T have been able to assist my daughter and I with several technology needs. We have had a few glitches along the way, but the staff at King I.T have been able to resolve these issues immediately.
