I write fiction as a hobby, I never write reviews, so I hope that fact cements just how much I appreciated my experience with King IT.

Personally, I can’t speak for the technical side of things, I have no reference for how well (or not) they know their stuff. Though I suspect it’s very well, considering the ease of which they simplified what I thought was a complicated problem.

What I can speak for is their sheer commitment to customer service; they were welcoming beyond compare, personable, and accommodated me at every turn – and trust me, I suck at this stuff, so I had a LOT of questions.

Their staff, Matt especially, made my week, and I’ve promised myself to recommend them whenever I get the chance.

So, if you’ve visited roughly 1 IT store in the last decade like me, and you’re completely out of your depth searching for the best option from a million others, go here.

Check everything before you leave the store. Had a microphone replaced here for iPhone 14 Pro. Part delivery and service was quick. A week later the part failed though so I got it replaced again. Another quick service. Unfortunately I didn’t check the screws at the base of the phone before leaving the shop, few days later I noticed one was missing. I bought a replacement screw and noticed It won’t go into the hole. Upon further inspection I can see that there’s something inside stopping it. So the screw must have broke when they were putting the phone back together. Of course nothing was said to me. I can clearly see there’s something inside where the screw should be. Staff are friendly and service is quick but just make sure and double check everything before you leave the store. Hopefully my phone does not need anymore repairs.

I have no ideas regarding computers, my 14 yr old loves gaming. He had a problem so I took it the the guys at king.It. These guys are amazing they go beyond what you expect.
I have now returned 3 times due to his computerbeing older, as I have spent a bit of money they gave my son a upgrade free shell on them. I don’t normally do reviews but this was a must.

Best customers service, they will tell you everything in detail, and always with a smile.
