I had an issue with my Macbook keyboard and found that this town has no Apple Store. No worries – I was able to register an appointment with Maccentric via the Apple site.

When I arrived, I was pleased to see Maccentric is in an upscale little strip mall with free parking and had a very clean, minimalist lobby – similar to an Apple Store.

The woman at the counter was receptive, efficient and had me out the door in less that 10 minutes or so. I was told my repair would take 3-4 days.

On the fourth day I received a text indicating the work was complete. I went to pick up my laptop, with a brand new keyboard (top case) and paid zero because it was under warranty.

Overall, this was a pleasant experience that met all my expectations. As you can see, my computer now works like new.

10/10 recommend! I have a MacBook Pro and was having issues with the keyboard. They were very responsive and I got immediate replies through text. They helped me get in to contact with who I needed to talk to at Apple to get help with my warranty. They got my computer fixed in record time and they gave it back to me so clean looking like a million bucks like it was fresh out of the box from Apple! Not to mention they were so kind and came to my car for drop off and pick up, so I didn’t have to unload my kids. Most unprofessional store and service,brought in my Apple phone for a new battery,got the phone back with a cracked screen saver ( just paid 60 Dollars at apple) when I asked the employee his comeback was this things happen! I thought I did not hear right and ask him again where he right away got on the defense and became rude as I ask him either to compensate me for the damage or discount the battery which he was not willing to do so I walked out but contacted Apple and let them know with what kind of people they are working with!
