Paul has been our lifeline for everything tech – WiFi, tablets, mobile phones, dect phones, laptops – anything connected or not he can get it sorted. Support to my elderly parents on all these things has gone above and beyond his technical expertise. No need to go elsewhere – he is responsive, caring, trustworthy and honest. The service Paul provides is exemplary.
I could not recommend Paul highly enough he fixed my laptop promptly, then recently my smart tv stopped working I thought I would have to buy a new one, then I rang Paul explained the problem he got the new part overnight then he came around and installed it fixed it in 30 minutes. Thanks Paul
