I called up once to get a quote about a Macbook Air screen replacement and since this employee named Rankin then for some reason wrote down my number and since have been calling me back multiple times asking me “when are you going to bring your laptop in” , “are you going to bring it in” and calling me at 9am to say “Hey I was just calling to see what you wanted to do with your laptop” ,if i wanted to bring my laptop in i would of and at the end of the day what i decide to do with or want to do with is non of your business do theres no need to be constinatly calling me up, once i confronted the employee his response was “soery im just doing my job” im sorry but i wasnt aware that your job was to chase down every single phone call i guess that could just come down to bad management from the business but no matter how badly you need customers I don’t think chasing them like this is necessary at all.

This place is amazing! I had to urgently fix my laptop and Melbourne IT Services did such an outstanding job! I was incredibly impressed with the efficiency and skill behind his work to fix the BSOD, recover data and repair the battery- absolutely amazing service and work. I highly recommend this place and so happy to have found another fantastic local business for IT services- five stars!! Thank you so much for all your work 🙂
