I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max with a broken back for repair and received it back 2.5 hours later, held together with several rubber bands. I was instructed to remove the bands after 2 hours, which I did, and also purchased a new case for 99 AUD in the store. However, the next day, I noticed the back was cracked again while using Apple Pay. When I reported this with photos to the store, they claimed I had dropped it and it wasn’t covered under warranty. Despite having already paid 359 AUD, including for the case, they offered a new repair for 180 AUD instead of 260 AUD. I feel this is unfair and a poor reflection of their customer service. I’m now left with a damaged phone and a loss of 260 AUD. Unfortunately, I can’t prove I wasn’t at fault and feel let down by their lack of interest in genuine customer service. Very disappointing indeed!
Additionally, my phone has had a strong glue smell ever since the repair, which suggests to me that the job was not done professionally.

I had a problem with my Hotmail account and was unable to provide my details. I attended the Mobile Phone Doctor and was assisted by 2 young men.namely Eman and Subash. They were very helpful and fixed my problem. I would recommend these fellows to any customers as they are very courteous and extremely helpful. Will always support this business. Excellent place and beautiful store.

Came from Sydney for a family trip. My son’s iPad stopped charging. Inquired few other repair shops in coffs, they all said no technician can micro solder the charging port. I was told that they have to send it away for a week. Finally found Mobile Fone doctor lucky me…. Fixed it within 2 hours. Wonderful job. The Korean technician was amazing. Thank you so much.
