I brought my laptop in twice, got charged $420 for it to be fixed. Both times I brought my laptop home the exact same problem of it shutting down with no warning happened within 20 minutes of me using it. My entire computer was wiped, the problem wasn’t fixed, I lost $420 for nothing, and I went without it for over two weeks. When I would ring for an update after a whole week of not hearing back, I was told it was “under testing”. I avoid leaving bad reviews but $420 for the problem to not be fixed is disappointing.

If you planning to go for a temper glass change/privacy screen please runaway…so overpriced $40 for a freaking cheap temper glass and the placement of the temper glass was not correct which made my screen bubble on the corner when i put my cover on, the temper also had a small dust left inside the screen on top right corner of my phone which made it so uncomfortable to use the screen…$40 was a waste of money….get $1 from temu or shein coz the quality is the same anyway…

I took my phone in in October and there was a quick easy cheap fix for me all quickly done on a Sunday! Highly recommend! There was an issue with my port!

Then yesterday my screen stopped working and again this morning Abdul quickly replaced my screen in 10 minutes while I waited as it was a bit urgent for work! Thanks so much highly recommend!!!
