First phone contact was very nice. And I followed some basic trouble shooting for my laptop that wouldn’t turn on.
And I was advised to bring it to the service where technician would be able to diagnose it and tell we what can be done.I explicitly asked if they would be able to fix motherboard shorting. Since I was suspecting it due to recent humidity, and the fact that all other modules were working.
It took me 50min to drive to their office. Where I was told that they will charge me $121 for checking laptop. And it will take 2 days. Couldn’t tell me how much mother board replacement will cost. But assured that since laptop is only 3+ years it should be fine. And they have issues with parts for 10y devices.
I tried to get some estimate on work and cost of motherboard. But they just “consulted” with a manager and said that they will not be able to help me since they don’t have parts.
Waste of time. Could have told me this in email. Why ask to bring laptop if you don’t have parts.
Oh and they just replace modules, so if there is a bad capacitor the whole motherboard to be replaced.

We bought a MSI Stealth 15 Gaming Laptop from Bing Lee about 18 months ago and was satisfied with the performance and reliability. However, we experienced an issue with the power button about a month ago and hence spoke to the Senior Technical Engineer Tommy Hoang who helped us with trouble shooting in a professional manner and arranged the technical team to resolve the issue under the warranty in a timely manner. Customer Service Consultant Chris Chang was very friendly and helpful with our queries and support at MSI. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the support provided by MSI.
The best customer service experience I have encountered occurred when I visited a store with a faulty power supply. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended to, and within 30 minutes, I received a replacement power supply covered under my warranty. The staff not only addressed my issue efficiently but also offered refreshments while I waited. Their courteous and professional demeanor made the experience even more pleasant. Based on this positive interaction, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of their services.
