Wow, what an awesome experience. I dropped my MacBook and needed the screen replacing which turned out to be much more expensive then I had thought, James was kind enough to let me know that buying a new MacBook was $200 difference between replacing my screen. He informed me that I would get more storage, a fast up running time, better battery and would still be able to run all the same programs that I had been on my seven year old computer.

At the end of the transaction James informed me that he took $100 off the price for me, Which I thought was really kind and thoughtful. He also told me that I could bring my old computer in after I was getting all my stuff off it so that he could recycle it/reuse parts from it if needed to.

Overall, my experience was very pleasant. Everybody was kind and friendly and I really appreciate James kindness with the price as I’m a student who needed my computer pretty ASAP.

Could not ask for a better experience! The earpiece speaker needed replacing in my iPhone. I dropped it off mid-morning, and it was repaired and ready to collect by lunchtime the following day. James was very knowledgeable on the internals of the device and knew that the speaker was separate to the screen unit, and was confident that the replacement of the speaker would do the trick. When I collected the phone the next day, he did a test call to the phone to make sure I was happy with its performance, and gave me the diagnostic test paperwork to prove the device’s clean bill of health. I was very happy not to have to send the device away for repair due to my reliance on it for work, and absolutely rapt with James’ professional approach, timely turnaround of the repairs, and obvious knowledge of the product.
