Absolutely disgusting service. I came in wanting my iPhone 13 back glass repaired, and he quoted me $220 and assured me he would have it done in 2 hours. upon returning to the store 2 hours later the salesperson came out with my phone and told me that he was unable to finish the job and told me to bring it back the following Saturday (a week after the original repair). He proceeded to tell me that the phone had too much adhesive (however, this is how Apple sold me the phone) and was too hard for him to fix in a short amount of time. I ended up leaving the store with a phone that had half of the backing missing and was protected by a piece of masking tape after his botched job. The phone was also given back to me with a burning chemical smell that would worsen when the phone was in use. I orginally thought that this smell was just where he attempted to loosen the glue. However, once removing the masking tape it revealed scratches, dints and and what appeared to be burn marks on the metal. After pointing out to him that this was unacceptable service, he thought taking $20 off the final bill would be enough to cover the inconvenience. The salesperson took no accountability for messing up my phone and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault he was unable to fix the back of my phone. Overall, this store has horrible customer service and employee attitude in which they ultimately broke my phone more than how it came in. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. They are so quick and efficient. My screen got frozen and they fixed it for me very well. And I got screen protector from them, it really last long and it’s very quality. They treat me very well. 10/10 customer service. Very good repair shop for mobile phones in this area.
