I would pay attention to the various reviews mentioning screen covers and protectors that have issues with peeling and bubbling. This guy likes to sell faulty phone cases and protectors that don’t remotely protect the phone. I’ve been to this guy a few times because he seemed reasonable to begin with….but when my phone screen inexplicably dies like its been dropped when it absolutely wasn’t dropped…and old mate then tries to make thinly veiled threats (about calling people to come down and deal with me) towards me, before calling security on me and trying to tell the guard that I’d threatened him. This guy and his little stall are a massive joke.

Two separate screen protectors from this guy have had bubbling and peeling issues as well. I didn’t even bother going back to him after it happened the second time, and won’t be back after todays pathetic experience. Nice try calling security on me when there was a security guard in earshot of our entire conversation and he didn’t seem bothered enough by it to intervene.

To the guy working there: Maybe take a hint that your repeat customers don’t tend to lie to you, and wouldn’t go so far out of their way if there wasn’t a legitimate problem. Not everyone is as sketchy and untrustworthy as you.

We went to Mytouch for the first time and got new screen protectors and cases. We were very happy with the service and the variety available. Had some bubbling issues with the screen protectors in the first few weeks and they were replaced under warranty, no fuss. Definitely appreciate a business that takes care of their customers.
