I had an incredibly negative experience. I was blamed for a mistake, then subjected to argumentative and disrespectful behavior. Regardless of any personal challenges the individual may have been facing, mistreating customers is never acceptable. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I made the difficult decision to terminate my contract. I believe in being treated with respect and politeness, even if it means paying more elsewhere. My experience underscores the importance of customer satisfaction and respectful treatment.
Wide selection of phones and friendly knowledgeable staff. Got a contract that suits me perfectly, the staff member who advised me was very patient and guided me through the process. Highly recommend the store!
