I had a very bad experience at this place.
1. Gave my laptop to repair on 8th Sep and I was informed that damage assessment will be done by 12th Sep but I have to go to shop on 15th Sep to find out nothing has been done.
2. I was told that on 16th I will get the laptop as I was upset that nothing was done.
3. I followed up on 16th and 18th Sep and couldn’t get the laptop.
4. On 19th Sep I got response from them that it is available with them to be picked up.
5. I was able to collect on 22nd as the shop is not open beyond 5pm.

Above is the sequence of event and I am not worried about that. I am upset about the fact that after a week I was made to realise that it’s not their fault. When I checked on 12th that will they assess the damage and let me know, I was asked additional time.
The attitude I felt was that they are doing a favour to us and that too for a paid service.

I wish I never go to this place.

I was super happy with this place at first, because they fixed my cracked phone screen and put a new screen protector on in 35 minutes near closing time. It was about 150 dollars. They told me there was a 3 month warranty on them both. I noticed there was fluff stuck under the screen protector but I didn’t really care, because I thought they were really nice and helpful.
The next morning, I dropped my phone less than a metre off the ground onto some soft grass and the whole screen protector shattered, as well as the screen underneath! I took my phone back to this place that afternoon because of the warranty they told me about, and they said it doesn’t cover physical damages at all. They only offered a small discount that wasn’t worth it.
Don’t buy a new screen or protector from here, I assume it’s very bad quality if it cracked straight away from a very small drop.

They kept my laptop for almost two month with almost no communications or updates!

Every once in a while they told me about the near successful repair so I shouldn’t worry. However, now they said that my laptop is beyond reparable, it’s not their fault and bla bla bla. Firstly, the impossibility of repair could have been identified earlier if any real proper job had been done. Secondly, I have proofs of my laptop working perfectly fine except the thing that I needed to repair.
They lost my time, they damaged my laptop, and they are absolutely unapologetic about it. Now, to this day they haven’t returned my laptop back.
To hell with you and your company of incompetent workers that lack professionalism and simple communication skills!
P.S Give me back my laptop.
